I woke up yesterday earlier than usual to meditate, something I’m normally too lazy to do on mornings. Later on went hula hooping for a while, it’s  good exercise, especially for the stomach and really fun too. It was supposed to rain all day and I just hate rainy days, especially when I have an urge to be outside.

 I decided to try something I had heard about recently. It’s a method that was created by a “communicator”, someone who receives information from an unexplained six sense. I see this method as a tool for having a better day. It’s based on the fact that we all have energy and a divine spark within us, that everyone is part of a whole and that we all have the ability to change our reality.
The first step- Ask to connect to your inner self, it’s that inner voice that guides you- your soul. Ask yourself what you really want, when you listen to it, you experience prosperity.
Step 2- Connect to your “higher feelings” and send yourself and others a “green cone”, it symbolizes the heart chakra and it’s a way of sending good energy. You can control how you feel about things.
Step 3- Invite the “strength beam” for yourself or for someone else and ask for something. (Ask permission first for someone who isn’t family and always make sure that your intensions are good).
I followed these 3 steps, I asked myself to connect to my inner self, I sent myself and the people important to me a “green cone” for good energy and I invited the “strength beam” for myself and asked for a good day. By the way, step 1 and 2 are recommended practicing every day.
This method surprisingly worked, I had good karma all day and the sun was shining.
